The Challenge
Most app landing pages are boring. You get a hero image, a list of features, and a download button. They function, but they don't feel.
Nazel isn't just a utility; it's a premium tool for power users. A static page wouldn't cut it. I needed to solve the problem of user disengagement in a world of infinite tabs. I had about three seconds to capture attention.
The Solution
My philosophy was simple: "Don't just tell them it's fast; make them feel it."
I built a dark, cinematic, and highly interactive web experience. It's not just about displaying information; it's about immersing the user in the "Nazel vibe"—sleek, modern, and unapologetically cool.
The Innovation
Building a site that looks this simple but acts this complex required a robust technical foundation.
1. The "Frame" & Custom Cursor
To ground the floating content, I built a fixed UI "frame" with crosshairs. Paired with a custom cursor that snaps to elements, it turns simple mouse movement into a tactile interaction.
2. Magnetic Physics
Buttons don't just change color; they feel physical. UsingGSAP, I built "magnetic" buttons that physically pull towards your cursor, making the UI feel alive and responsive.
3. Performance at 120fps
All the animations in the world mean nothing if the site stutters. I optimized every transition to run at a solid 120fps on high-refresh-rate displays. Combined with Lenis for silky smooth inertia scrolling, the experience feels luxurious.
